These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or for us to process a refund.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping to the customer. Mostly, Shipping is Free!


Returns

3.1 Return Due To Issue in Quality of Silver

Golden Jewellers will happily accept returns if you find issue in the quality of silver.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer and must be self-arranged.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed in your account. You will be notified once this has been completed via email.
Golden Jewellers will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the shipping cost.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Golden Jewellers will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of returned items, you can expect Golden Jewellers to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 7 days.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally
International shipments generally take 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier. More accurate estimates will be available at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In such cases, we work to minimize any delays.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
We can update delivery addresses any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Golden Jewellers ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for such locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using postal services. Courier services are unavailable.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item while dispatching the rest of the order.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for investigation.


Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment progress.


Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service.
If delivered while you were absent, please contact us immediately.

For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be pre-paid, with no additional charges payable upon delivery.


Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations can be accepted anytime before dispatch.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier confirms the claim.
