No Return / No Refund Policy

At Golden Jewellers, each piece is made with precision, care, and high-quality 925 sterling silver. We stand by the craftsmanship, material authenticity, and design of our jewellery. However, due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully, check sizing, and review photos before purchasing.

Quality Assurance

We understand that buying jewellery online requires trust. That’s why we guarantee:

  • Authentic 925 sterling silver

  • Handcrafted and inspected for quality before dispatch

  • Secure packaging to ensure safe delivery

If there is an issue with silver quality (purity-related concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos. Such cases will be assessed individually, and if valid, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, only if packing has not begun. After packing is complete, cancellations are no longer possible.
